File a complaint?

So my new SM or someone else changed my time card and basically took 9 hours of overtime away from me, they didn't even ask me about the punches, they just took it away. Now I know, im going to get this payout, but I want to file a complaint for them not contacting me first. Is that reasonable? For context the 9 hours of OT was me staying 9 hours overnight so they could clean the floors after I had already done a 8 hour closing shift. Regardless if this was a mistake, im still reporting it, because how hard is a simple phone call? To make things WORSE I was in the STORE when the SM did this, couldn't ask me, seriously? I hope SM gets a write up, there is no excuse for this. I'm in Tennessee.

So my new SM told one of my co workers that he RECORDS any conversation he has with an employee (in the office), especially if an employee is giving push back on what he wants from them. Is he allowed to do this and how do I combat this mofo? How can I turn the tables on him? I feel like that's major invasion of privacy, it's like keeping tabs on your employees. Seems fcked up too me...For context this guy started a week ago and he came up from ESM after only doing it for 8 momths.

How can a sfl take a 30 when he has only one cashier and no other shift leads to cover? Should I report this? Not getting provided this break, plus the one fifteen?

Been an sfl for 3 years, the front of the store is my bread and butter, I can solve just about any issue, my knowledge in pharmacy is miniscule, god forbid a customer asked me a question, I usually run to a tech or pharmacist. I try at least and my attitude with walgreens isn't proper, I recognize bullshit with leadership and it's hard for me to be fake you know, I have the capacity to do it, being an sfl. I was wondering if taking this ESM position is good or bad idea, I need to progress, it's not just about the money, I have to move foward to some degree even i dont want too. Anything I should know? It's a busy store.
