hello everyone, yesterday I sawed an old metal locker with a grinder, then I cleaned the dust with a wet cloth, now I realized that small fiber particles from the disc of the grinder were under my skin on my fingers. What can you recommend? Some particles are right under the skin and I can only see them through an electron microscope. My hands itch. Will these particles be able to remove themselves over time? It was unpleasant and painful, as if glass had been poured on my hands.
