This is getting kinda crazy, I have a bunch of surge and no players to spend it on because it’s outdated. I swear if I still have 36 surge at the beginning of Season 10 I’m going to lose it.

My minitron is only 5’3, how could I get it back to normal? Person i was playing against, their back said minitron and he was lined up at WR & RB.

Does anybody have experience with any?After my call with Dimopoulos, the young lady on the phone was unable to give me an estimate of 1 day, 2 days, 1 week, etc. of when I would hear back from an attorney. TIA

Long story short, my company in Nevada, has made a choice to DENY any paid 10 minute break that you are entitled to after working 4 consecutive hours. Ironically, the handbook almost mirrors Nevada statute about getting the break, and says you DO get it. I have made the report to the state Labor department, because this is the 2nd manager (from a different store) who has told me that you don’t AND DENIED ME it. I reported my corporate boss because again, multiple managers including team members from DIFFERENT stores are telling me that our restaurant doesn’t “do 10 minute breaks”. I believe they are intentionally telling their managers to go against policy, thus law, because I have had

1. Team members tell me our company doesn’t do 10 minute breaks, meaning they’ve heard that from their management
2. Different managers tell me that, meaning they’re heard it from they’re superior
3. My corporate boss tell me, so I’m unaware where in the chain of command it falls
   Should I tell HR about this to try to saved my job about being retaliating against? I’m sure the department of labor is contacting the corporate office, so I believe HR may already know. Be real, how jeopardized is my job? I believe that there may be thousands of people who have been denied their PAID 10 minute breaks at our company; if this order is coming from higher than my specific corporate representative who oversees a handful of stores.
   Should I lawyer up, my coworkers, etc?

My Xbox controller recently got stick drift, and It was time to replace it. I go to GameStop & after giving them all associated phone numbers/ emails with me, I’m told they have nothing. It’s weird because after going home, I look into my email and keyword ‘Gamestop’ and see a date of when I purchased the warranty and signed up for the GameStop membership- 11/28/25. Upon logging in to my account, I see I have no order history & there’s nothing. I know, there’s gonna be somebody saying “that’s why you keep the box”- live and you learn, but that controller box was just taking up space & I couldn’t keep looking at it lol. Is there anything to do, I just don’t know how they don’t have record of the sale on my email/ phone number, when I was able to find the date.

I don’t know which statute applies to my situation. Do I get a break after 3.5 hours or 4 hours
