During pandemic, my wife used to do those online wfh things that you get paid for every document transcribed. After lockdown she stopped.

Fast forward today, we received a mail sent directly to our home. (3rd pic shows what the envelope looks like from the outside)

I'd like to ask what does it mean for us, or my wife specifically? And how do we handle it?
