Has anyone been accused of using AI on homework when you haven't? If so, how did you defend yourself?
This is one of my biggest fears these days. I've never used AI for any assignment but the fear of being randomly accused stresses me out.

From what I understand, 0.1% is the strongest available concentration of tret.
What's stopping manufacturer's from making something stronger? Or is it basically just Accutane at that point?
EDIT: I have no need for anything more than 0.1%, I'm asking this out of curiosity.

Here is my routine as of 10 May 2026:
Morning:
Medicube Vitamin C capsule cream
CeraVe Daily Moisturizing Lotion
Bioré UV Aqua Rich Watery Essence PA++++ sunscreen (the Japanese formula)
Evening:
CeraVe Hydrating Oil Cleanser (double cleanse!!)
Tretinoin 0.1%
That's it. 🎉
Lastly... Be sure to wash and change your pillow covers often!!
As of yesterday, 14 May 2026, I've gotten a prescription for azalaic acid 15% after being recommended by others on Reddit. I will also use moisturizer more often.
I will post another update in the future!
I posted a before/after of me on tretinoin 0.1% recently and some people have commented saying I should give azalaic acid a shot alongside it to improve my skin texture, particularly around my nose.
I spoke with my doctor and they prescribed me 15%, to be used twice a day (once in the morning, once in the evening). For the evening, my doctor recommended applying a pea sized amount of AA after cleansing, wait 15 minutes, **then** apply tretinoin, wait another 15 minutes, and then use moisturizer.
If you've used this method, what were your results like?
I've been using tretinoin for the past year and I've seen collagen peptides powder at the market a lot. I've heard how it's great to add to coffee and can help with improving skin texture (because collagen can't be absorbed topically, we have to eat it). This sounds like it would be perfect to combine with daily tretinoin.
I've also heard that it's broken down by the body and the amino acids are used wherever the they're needed, meaning not necessarily the skin. This makes it sound like an expensive subpar protein powder.
Is there any scientifically proven evidence that shows eating collagen peptides can help with anti-aging?
