I have two kids with my ex husband, twins - male 15, female 15. We have been divorced for 13 years. Over the last year they have not wanted to go with their dad most weekends where he is supposed to have them. They verbally tell him that they do not want to go over there. His current girlfriend plays a huge factor in this. I live in Texas. Can they legally at 15 decide they don’t want to go over there if they don’t want to without any legal trouble against me? Or do they have to go regardless until they turn 18?
