EcoFlow partially dead after firmware update

EcoFlow PowerKit - in service since Feb 2026.
Includes PowerHub, Console, Smart Distr Panel, PowerLink, and two LFP batteries.
Everything worked find UNTIL Firmware Update on May 5.

Since the update
- none of the AC 110v outlets are working
- the air con running on the DC48v has stopped working
- the Powerlink is not reporting the sensor readings
- console gives an error msg that the fuses on Ch12 and Ch13 need to be replaced. There are no fuses on these two channels and no devices attached to these two channels

Followed the TroubleShooting - namely to power off the entire device, unplug everything. Left for 45 minutes. Then plugged back in, powered up, and No Change. All the same issues persist.

Tried again, but left everything off overnight. No change.

Via the Upfitter, EcoFlow remoted in, rolled back the firmware update. Updated the Firmware again. No change. All the same issues.

My emails to EcoFlow take more than 24 hours before I get a reply, and nothing over the weekend. When they reply, it is with really dumb questions like, what other AC devices do you have connected. NONE. or What devices are connected to the CH12 and CH 13 - seriously - there are not fuses - so why would I have any devices connected to CH12 and Ch13!!

I have provided a video, photos, serial numbers, firmware versions, and multiple emails.
In the meantime, I have no AC power and no air con. I live full time in the van.

I am beyond frustrated with EcoFlow's customer support. 24 hours to answer an email, with stupid questions is not Support!!!!

DO NOT GET ECOFLOW!!!!

At some point you will regret it!!!
