IT WOULD BE FUN TO SEE LIVE REACTIONS
Of course i am being funny, but I think it would be hilarious for customers to see reactions to their batches. A whole bunch of thumbs down, and angry faces. Even a live comment section they can view.

The first time I had this customer, as soon as I pulled up to the store she began messaging me. She wanted me to add items. It was a little frustrating but, I did it. Today I picked up 3 batch, and guess who immediately began messaging me? She wanted to know if i could help her manually add items. I told her the option is available to do so on her end. As im shopping She starts messaging me want she wants. I continue shopping. She then asks if I would like her to reschedule, I told her that was up to her. She contacts IC ,they take it off the batch. Thankfully I didn't have much to put back. This is the kicker right here. Her batch just came back up, and its the same exact items!! I don't understand what she is up to, but I wish I would've been able to block her. Before anyone says adding items shouldnt be an issue, this the second time with her. She should know how to add items by now. The fact that she told me she had been rescheduled by another driver lets me know she was doing the same with them as well.
edit: I am a person who is very understanding, and can place myself in other's shoes even when it comes to tipping. The customer lacked consideration for myself, and the other customers I was shopping for.
