I keep seeing different advice about the best day to post on Instagram, but none of it seems consistent. Some people say weekdays work better, others say weekends get more casual scrolling, and then some say it depends completely on your niche.

I’m trying to figure out if there’s a real pattern or if people just repeat random “best time to post” charts. For anyone managing an Instagram page, have you noticed certain days getting better reach, likes, or saves?

Does posting day actually matter that much, or is the content itself doing most of the work?
