Is Whoop just getting worse?
Over past several weeks now, Whoop’s data has been increasingly spotty and inconsistent.
Wildly off daily readings, recovery scores and highlights from workouts. I’d play tennis for 2 hours under 95 degree heat and Whoop tracks it as a light workout in mostly zones 1-2 which was simply impossible.
Now, whoop has started inaccurately receding my sleep or worse yet, falls behind on data when I’ve done everything to make sure the strap in fitting correctly on my wrist.
I’m seriously considering just stopping by subscription. I’ve used the whoop for a year and served me well - but not anymore. The data no longer feels helpful or even worth it compared to some other devices like Garmin.
Anyone else experiencing this?
