Yung senior ka na noong narealize mo that the course you're in is not "it".

I was promised that this course was really good because “UPLB ’yan eh,” and apparently malaki raw ang edge mo dahil may “Agri” sa pangalan. So syempre, I thought: what could possibly go wrong?

But the deeper I got into the program, the more I started comparing it to other courses outside our degree program... and honestly, ang layo ng difference. A lot of the professors in my degprog feel like HS teachers, and the teaching style is way too textbook-based for a program that’s supposed to be hands-on and practical.

Nakakadisappoint din na some students barely attend classes or put in effort, yet still get good grades (like uno liner kahit sobrang tatamad). And sorry for saying this, but some of them genuinely don’t seem competent enough for the standards you’d expect here.

At this point, it honestly feels like I’ll graduate from this program without actually getting the “tatak UP.”
