Two week in with my Tudor Pepsi.

Two weeks in. Here’s my honest review.

The purchase:
Bought it pre-owned on eBay for $3,300. It’s a 2023 model. With tax came out to about $3,600. Saved roughly $2,000 vs buying new. Came with a couple of light scratches on the bracelet, completely normal wear and tear for a pre-owned piece.

Honestly? The scratches made me enjoy it more. I’m not babying it. It’s become my daily beater and I’m completely okay with that.

The compliments:
Got two genuine compliments in two weeks. One person specifically said “nice Pepsi”, not sure if they meant Tudor or Rolex but either way they knew what they were looking at. Non-watch people walked right past it without a second look. Watch people stopped and took a real pause. That distinction alone told me everything about this hobby.

Visited a Rolex AD and the sales manager himself stopped to ask how I was liking the Tudor. Got my honest opinion right there on the floor. That felt like a rite of passage.

What I like:
The subdued red and blue colors on the aluminum bezel. The case proportions. The GMT function. The weight on the wrist. The way it wears in daily life without stress. At $3,300 pre-owned I genuinely feel like I got the best value in the watch space right now.

The one issue:
In two weeks I’ve noticed it running about 7-8 seconds slow. Not sure if this is a regulation issue, a winding issue, or something worth getting looked at. Would love input from Tudor owners on whether this is normal or something to address.

My first Tudor!

I never thought I’d love it so much.

Exceeded my expectations. There was always something about Tudor I couldn’t explain. Whenever I looked at them at the store , there was something about. Now I know : It has so much finesse. It’s elegant, well built and modern while being classy.
