Hello everyone! Help me find a horror game. I saw it quite a while ago on Youtube. The game was first-person, using both 3D and 2D elements.
What I can remember:

1. You start in some kind of prison cell.
2. There was an area reminiscent of Hall of Tortured Souls (pictured).
3. There was moment where a black screen appears, you're redirected to a web page, and you have to enter a phrase from there into the game. Every time you pressed the correct letter, the screen turned green.
4. The game had a final boss with multiple attacks that you had to dodge.
5. The game's antagonist(?) was a pixelated 2D stickman.
6. The game had achievements similar to Steam achievements.
7. Maybe its name included the word "Home".
