Can someone please tell me if this exact angled piece that I'm pointing to is where I can lift the center rear of the car?

Everything I'm reading tells me that this is the spot but it doesn't make sense to me because it's angled.

Forward of where I'm pointing I see the blue sway bar and then what I think is the crossmember. I've seen conflicting information about lifting from the cross member itself.

I'm kind of retarded and need a very clear image of exactly where the rear center lift point is.

I need to switch out my Speedtech exhaust for a stupid smog test is the reason for this. I had a buddy that helped with this previously but he's not available and I'm trying to figure it out myself. Thanks for any advice.
