Audio and Video Freezing
Noticing two issues of late. Followed the suggestions here: here: https://www.4kdownload.com/troubleshooting/troubleshooting-howto-fix-no-sound-or-image-issues
Does not matter which app I use for playback. The video downloads don't work properly.
Sometimes, about ten minutes after the video starts, the sound goes out. There is no sound, although the video continues playing silently.
With other videos that are longer than ten minutes, the picture freezes but the audio continues working.
Doesn't happen every time, but often enough to be an issue.
Wrote to Support for help, but they came back with an irrelevant or incomprehensible suggestion, and so I am wondering if others are experiencing this.
