Vinted support is mind numbing

Seller and i made a resolution agreement. We were waiting on Vinted for seller to do a partial refund. Vinted tell me I have 48 hours whilst I was on top of a mountain in Scotland. Unfortunately didn’t have the partially broken sewing machine to hand. Silly me

I recently bought a sewing machine which already needs a repair which I’m going to pay for.
When it arrived, the bobbin winder has broken in transit, which I believe is a result of insufficient packaging as it wasn’t very well packaged in honesty.

I have offered the resolution of a refund of £30 as I googled the part and a local place that can fix it and it’s £16 for the part and delivery and I’m estimating £10 for the fix but I don’t know.

The machine cost me £69.99 and I think requesting the fix money only is a reasonable solution. The seller has said they are willing to pay £15 partial refund and I can pay the rest of the refund or I can pay an extra tenner to get a full refund.

I don’t think i should be paying more in any case. For an item like a sewing machine I would expect it to be bubble wrapped personally and not in a box with some cardboard and random polystyrene bits that didn’t do much as they were lose at the side (probably kept it more to one side than it would have been)

I also bought it on the agreement that they would post it the next day and they didn’t which meant I had paid for DHL expedited shipping and due to the bank holiday didn’t get it for 5 days even though i would have got it in 1-3 days had they posted it the agreed date.

Due to requiring the repair etc. I haven’t been able to make my costume for my friends party as it only arrived yesterday. (Which is the entire reason I paid for quick delivery and agreed next day with seller)

What do people think about this? I’m not sure how to proceed. I don’t wanna be a poohead (can we swear here?) to the seller but I don’t think it’s fair to not pay repair cost when I’m pretty sure I can get a full refund without sending back
