Some freak left a bucket of decayed dead animal on my neighbours lawn.
City was contacted they sent people . People just poured the contents directly down the storm drain.
Did not clean refuse from the drain either , this was left to residents to do .
I find this messed up and not an optimal way of handling the situation.
Does anyone know the appropriate person to lodge a complaint to .
