I know there are already a ton of posts about the current bundle not being delivered on time, with no replies from her on G2G or her Discord server.
Just to give a bit of context: I’m in the same situation as many of you. I bought the bundle on 3 May, and on 4 May I got a bunch of Valorant friend requests added to my account. Since then, that was the last interaction I’ve had with Ashley.
I understand there are people who bought earlier or later than me and still haven’t received their items. The purpose of me creating this post is to give some clarity based on what I’ve gathered from TikTok comments, Discord, G2G reviews, and Reddit discussions.
Things I’ve found out:
- Buying from her can apparently get you gift banned or have your items removed. Some people don’t get banned, but I’ve heard bans happen in waves.

But honestly, it’s pretty pointless because the tickets are full and nobody responds.
Apparently, there was also a scammer who gained access to her Discord server and sent out phishing links. What frustrates me is that she clearly has the ability to communicate on Discord, yet refuses to respond to customers.
I’ve also seen people say she contacted them through Riot Mobile apologizing for the delay and promising their order would be sent soon. Meanwhile, I’ve gotten complete radio silence.
There are also comments that mentioned that if she can’t deliver in time, she’ll reimburse customers through the next bundle. But what if the next bundle is trash?
My personal opinion:
The popularity of Kuronami 2.0 probably caused a huge influx of buyers because of how cheap it is. I understand being overwhelmed with orders, but completely ignoring customers after they’ve paid is honestly frustrating. Maybe I sound entitled, but basic communication isn’t too much to ask for.
At this point, if you can’t wait anymore, I honestly think it’s better to process a refund through G2G instead of asking around for answers nobody really has. Personally, I’ll probably wait until there are only 2 days left in the Valorant store before requesting a refund.

All in all, Ashley, if you’re reading this: reply to your customers and send them their goddamn bundles.

First of all, I would like to apologize for the recent delivery issues. This situation is completely outside of my control the problem same for everyone
With the release of the Kuronami 2.0 bundle, I received an incredibly high number of orders. I successfully completed and delivered around half of them. However, while trying to deliver the remaining orders, I started consistently facing the same issue. Unfortunately, this situation is outside of my control.
Of course, I would like to complete deliveries for everyone; after all, this is my source of income, and I would never intentionally delay or cancel orders. However, due to the current technical problem, the situation is unfortunately beyond what I can personally fix.
If you currently have an active undelivered order on G2G, please request a refund. If your item has already been delivered, you will not experience any issues and you are on the safe side.
You can receive your refund directly to your bank account or as G2G balance — the choice is completely yours.
Apart from this, I also want to address my long-standing communication problem. After this incident, I will be taking a short break from sales. When I return, I will make another announcement. I plan to come back with a much bigger support team and a more systematic structure in order to improve the overall quality of service and customer support.
