Looking for some info on a vintage cleaver?
Does anyone have any info on this cleaver. I found it at the bottom of a draw in the house I bought from my grandmother.
Stamped on it is 'Kaicut' 'Carbon Steel' 'Japan'
I've tried having a brief look on Google but am struggling to find much info apart from the fact that apparently Kaicut was discontinued?
I would love to restore or have it restored so any advice on that is welcomed
