The latest update to the saga is that the seller claimed to have received a different parcel to the one I have video proof of packaging and sending, and has raised an issue with Vinted. How long until I get the chance to give them my side of the story as there is currently no means to do so. The item was counterfeit and proven so, plus sent in poor packaging and arrived damaged initially.

The other day on here I posted asking for advice. I have had no reply other than acknowledgement from Vinted legal team. The seller wants a return at my cost and has even said that they will be relisting it for sale when they get it back. Do I just go ahead and send it so the return doesn't close in the sellers' favour or do I wait until the legal team reply to me?
