Dodgy seller claims wrong item sent back. When/will I get to give my evidence to prove otherwise?
The latest update to the saga is that the seller claimed to have received a different parcel to the one I have video proof of packaging and sending, and has raised an issue with Vinted. How long until I get the chance to give them my side of the story as there is currently no means to do so. The item was counterfeit and proven so, plus sent in poor packaging and arrived damaged initially.
