I once went there and noises of the terrace gate banging won't stop and it started getting intensified, and only stopped when I started to go downstairs instead of staying or moving forward. Before the gate banging started, the glass were also banging and it wasn't the wind, because the weather was. calm. MAC outside stairs at the very top.
