My manager screwed me over
I am livid right now. So our ap is having some problems doing his job currently. Schedules aren’t posted until the Sunday before the week starts. And then I had to take some time off for college events for my major, I had asked him to apply my vaccination hours to the days I wasn’t there (said in more detail btw) and than never happened and my paycheck then was shit, which is hard when I’m trying to pay rent as a college student. And right after I graduated I got sick the with the cold virus that’s been going around. I asked him to apply my sick hours (again told specifics to him) because I was gone for almost a week and he never applied them. I just got my paycheck today since the bank I use sends them on Wednesdays and it’s BAD. Now I HAVE TO FIGURE OUT HOW IM GONNA AFFORD RENT. And that day I asked him to apply the sick hours for the week I missed, he spent time applying sick hours for one of my fellow KL’s and then brushed me off and told me to text him about the specifics I wanted applied. I texted him the same day, while he was still at work. He liked the message so he did see it and receive my message. and before you ask why I didn’t do it myself, for some reasons crew, kl, and sl’s are NOT authorized to do it, like the system physically won’t let us. I think I’m gonna approach my gm about this because this is ridiculous.
