Lobster Eggs Benedict and seasoned tots or Sunday brunch at Amiga Amore on York in HLP
They call this "seasonal benedict" as the protein changes with the season. I've only had the lobster, so I can't speak to any other seasonal accompaniments. Regardless, it's amazing with the sea bugs.
Chef Daniella was a semi-finalist for the James Beard Best Chef in LA award in 2024, so there's that. The beverage colab that was doing things like Oaxacan chocolate lattes was a great surprise as well. For those curious, this was $26, and we got out of brunch for four for under $160 before tip, drinks included.
