What are the best ballet flats for wide feet (and narrow heels) that are dainty and classy?

i am searching for a comfortable classic black ballet flat to wear everyday, and hopefully walk in. i have a wider toe box but slightly narrower heel. i’m looking for a shoe that’s a little forgiving/ will stretch in the toe area. i tried on the sam edalman allie flats in nordstrom and loved how they felt. however, the vamp was just a little too long. i’m looking for a ballet flat that has the same silhouette but with a slightly shorter vamp. i was looking at the ritla dolce vita flats and they seem to fit but i’m not sure if they’re comfortable. i was also looking at some tabis from raboosey but i’m on the fence about them. what would you recommend?

I’m (26F) attending a wedding next month and I need a formal dress to wear. It’s an Arab wedding (Christian), so most formal dresses I find especially if I look in the wedding guest sections are not fancy enough. I also don’t want to spend more than $400. Where can I buy, or even rent, formal dresses in LA (aside from the fashion district)?

Note: I’m looking for some embellishments/ beading or elegant tailoring— like a sheer cape or cool fabric designs/shapes.
