New bow day
Been shooting the same Bowtech Destroyer 340 since I bought it new in 2011. Went to my favourite shop today to check some stuff out and ended up shooting a few bows. Initially planned to buy a 2024 used Darton when the shop owner made me a deal I couldn’t refuse on this Arc 34. He bought it for himself and started building it and only had the draw length set and the string changed to yellow. He gave me a crazy good deal, plus a second set of new strings in any color I want. Currently set up with Z mods at 29.5 and 65lbs. QAD MX2 rest and my old Sword Titan 2 single pin, but not sighted in yet. Just finished paper tuning tonight, and man is it nice to not be twisting cables and shimming cams. Front and back bars are Temu specials, SteadyWing brand 18” front 12” rear, (insanely impressive for $40 for the pair) on an Easton V bar bracket. Been on Bowtechs for the last 20 years.
Garmin says my 333gr 3D arrows are doing 312fps at 60lbs 29.5” on Z mods.
