Hi everyone 😊

Me and my friend are interested in playing badminton just for fun, not for training or joining an org/club. We just want to casually play sometimes.

Does anyone know…
where we can reserve a badminton court?
how much it usually costs per hour?
and where/how to pay?

We’re around the Swieqi/Pembroke area and I’ve seen some big sports courts there before, so I was wondering if it’s okay for the public to play there casually.

Any recommendations or advice would really help. Thank you!

Is it dead nail, fungus, or something else?

Hi everyone. I just wanted to ask for advice regarding my toenail and foot problems because I’m getting worried now.

I started working around 6 months ago in a job where I stand, walk, and sometimes run around the floor for around 8-12 hours a day (If OT). At first, I thought my body and feet were just adjusting because I wasn’t used to this kind of work before. But now it’s been 6 months and my feet still suffer a lot.

Before, the floor was harder on the feet, but now after 6 months at work, carpets were finally added so it feels a bit better compared to before. Still, I’m having problems with my feet and legs.

My legs and ankles are also starting to show a lot of veins now, and my feet are always tired and painful after work. I don’t know if my shoes are the problem or if my current work is just really physically demanding compared to my previous jobs.

The shoes required at work need to be black, but rubber shoes/sneakers aren’t allowed. No heels required though. If anyone has recommendations for comfortable black work shoes for long standing/walking shifts, please let me know. I currently rotate between two pairs of shoes already.

About my toenail,I don’t know if it’s dead, damaged, or infected. It started changing after working this job. Sometimes my feet also smell sour/strong after removing my shoes and socks, which never used to happen before.

Does this look like nail fungus, trauma from shoes, or something else? Any advice would really help. Thank you. 🙏🏻
