We just received notice today our property management company is switching to Bilt starting 6/1. I tried paying rent 1x on the credit card back in March - and generally had no issues sans trying to pay charges I accrued on the card. Because of everyone’s horror stories, I opted to stick the card in a drawer and rely on my usual Amex/sapphire because of just that - reliability. Other posts here indicate it can be a shit show as well if that’s your main rent payment portal?

Anything to look out for or just hope for the best?
