I am subleasing my room from June 1 for 2 months in a 4 bed / 2 bath apartment in East Cambridge 02141. The sublease can be converted to a full 1-year lease after the 2 months if you want to stay longer.
Rent is $1,000/month + ~$70/month utilities. $1,000 refundable deposit required.
The bathroom is shared with one other person only, not the full house.
The kitchen and living room are fully equipped and furnished. The room comes with a TV and a mini fridge, both available for purchase.
Current roommates are researchers and students. Clean and respectful household. No pets allowed.
Location is solid:
- 12 min walk to Lechmere (Green Line D & E, direct to Copley, Longwood Medical Area, and beyond)
- 10 min walk to Inman Square
- 18 min walk to Central Square (Red Line)
- 20 min walk to Kendall/MIT (Red Line)
- Bus 69 at nearby Cambridge St goes directly to Harvard Square and back to Lechmere
- Bus 85 connects to Kendall/MIT, Sullivan Square, and Ruggles (with transfers to Longwood)
