My typical weekly grocery haul these days. TONS of veggies, only thing that helps me stay honest. Fruit for snacks, I usually get lots of apples. Non-fat Greek yogurt + blueberries + creatine for desert snack. I tried those protein milk drinks, they’re good but I drink them way too fast.

I’m down 140lbs (330 - 190 today). Goal is 170lbs. Eating volume helps keep me full which makes being in a cal deficit much easier and sustainable.

15 year old Felt F4 Carbon value?

Older Felt F4 in my size. I’m looking for a fitness bike that’s good for maybe 20mi to 50mi rides. Whats she worth on the street?

Shimano Ultegra and Dura-Ace parts. I can’t see what the brake levers are.

ChatGPT said it’s probably 15+ years old so not a dinosaur yet but getting there. Still probably good for what I need.
