


Weekly Aldi haul. Down 140lbs over 3 years.
My typical weekly grocery haul these days. TONS of veggies, only thing that helps me stay honest. Fruit for snacks, I usually get lots of apples. Non-fat Greek yogurt + blueberries + creatine for desert snack. I tried those protein milk drinks, they’re good but I drink them way too fast.
I’m down 140lbs (330 - 190 today). Goal is 170lbs. Eating volume helps keep me full which makes being in a cal deficit much easier and sustainable.
