Just got diagnosed

I’m sad and kinda scared because atm I’m stage 1 and hoping it doesn’t get worse :( it makes me insecure about my privates because I get it on my groin only so it’s scarring my pubic area and it’s definitely going to decrease my confidence sexually. Any tips? Any body wash or treatments that help prevent flares or scarring?

Started happening 2 years ago

First started as just a big boil like thing on my groin, it popped and loads of pus came out, ever since it’s been getting worse and now I just deal with this all the time, sometimes it goes down but it always flares back up, is it hs? I did some research and I’m thinking it could be :(
