28M 5’8 and 84kg 185lb
Need advice, currently eating 2500 calories and exercise 5days weights along with 3 days cardio soccer and daily walks.
Should I continue the bulk or lean out then bulk again. I think I may be carrying quite a bit of water weight and tend to carry bf in the tummy area more than anywhere else.
Any suggestions?
