Suggestions for this gym rat.
My long-term goal is building an aesthetic physique. I do a 3-day split for chest day, back day, and shoulders, plus another 3 days of PPL. I feel I need to cut on losing belly fat, so I end everyday session with 1-2 ab exercises. I've been consistent for 6 months, dropping from 88 kg to 74 kg. Also I don't keep track of my calories :(
Any tips or suggestions would be great.
