I am 23 male, on ADHD meds, which have yet to help with fatigue too much. I really struggle with getting out of bed. I am on bed all day. I was diagnosed with dysthymia, OCD, and ADHD. I have a very very tough time getting out of bed, especially in the afternoon. I never shared a lot of the things with dysthymia and my biggest problem has been my inability to get out of bed in the afternoons... I feel fine in the first 2-3 hours of the morning then I get hit with the fatigue and it never goes away...

I did the poor man's test, and my heart rate went up by around 40 BPM, and it didn't go down after 5 minutes.

Is it POTS? If this is POTS, I am glad I finally discovered the issue I've been struggling with my entire life.
