I built a tool to test ads before spending money on them
Hey everyone,
I’ve spent a lot of time in e-commerce communities, reading discussions and talking to people. One thing kept coming up: how much money goes into testing ads just to figure out which creatives, hooks, and copy actually work.
That’s what led me to build Baldur Studio. A lot of what I’ve learned from these communities about ad testing, audiences, and common frustrations has shaped the tool.
The idea is simple: get feedback on your ad from AI personas before putting real budget behind it. You choose a target audience, submit your ad draft, and get simulated reactions to it. The goal is to help you spot weak hooks, confusing messaging, and potential objections before launching.
To be clear: these aren’t real customer responses, and the tool doesn’t guarantee performance. It’s not meant to replace live testing, it’s meant to help you catch obvious weaknesses and go into those tests with better hypotheses.
I’m looking for honest feedback from people who create or run ads for e-commerce brands. Would this be useful in your process? What would you need to see in the feedback for it to actually help you make decisions?
You can try it for free here:

If you need more usage than the free allowance includes, DM me and I’m happy to give you some extra usage to test it out.
Critical feedback is very welcome. An honest “I wouldn’t use this because…” is much more helpful to me than a polite “looks good.”
