I am working on creating a really clean stacked tulip, but things get messy around the last stack + pull through. Any advice?

I’ve been practicing for a couple months now and it’s getting better, but my Rosettas are still lopsided or really thin. Any advice on what I could be doing incorrectly and what to do to fix it? Thanks!
