Is the recovery data trustworthy?!
I've had my Whoop for about 2 months now, but now I'm just realising, is the recovery data actually trustworthy?
Like yesterday was nice weather so I had a few beers, ate junk all day, spent time in the hot tub, so dehydrated myself, woke up at 6am (kids), and feel pretty groggy and rubbish this morning. Yet, my recovery score is the highest it's ever been at 96%! And Whoop's suggesting I go "all out today". So there's a huge difference in what the data apparently says, and how ready I actually feel :/ and then, if that's the case, what's the point in the recovery score if it's so different to how ready I actually feel...
But maybe if beers, junk food, and dehydration all increase my score then I just need to relax and let go a bit more!
