Are they more clinical oriented or research oriented? Would like to get some insights on this.

Hello! As a non domicile general category student, which quota fees will be applicable for me? Private fees(P), Other quota(Q) or NRI?
Also under which category I can apply in Karnataka state counselling? Categories mentioned in allotment list were OPN, GM, 2AG, MNG, NRI, MU,etc.

So i want to ask those who went or going for clinical mds branches-
Were all of you guys always genuinely interested in treating patients, during your bds? Or you developed interest later during clinics or mds? Or still no interest but going for it bcz it's future safe?
Actually, now if I think about my ug time, I used to just do patients for the sake of completing quota, I mean I don't think so I ever had any genuine curiosity for it, like if in some departments there was no obligation, I won't even bother seeing a patient.....
but now I feel like this attitude is not good for going forward if I am gonna deal with patients, so please tell me your opinions on this and your experience.
