3 weeks and all alright
Been doing Calisthenics for 4 times per week for 3 weeks and I have felt better.
I started it because I wanted to get rid of joint pain and I can say now that I'm 85% joint pain free.
I am not here for the gains
I want to get rid of my snoring problem and to have a sustainable way to get rid of my joint pain..
Question is. How can I make this more sustainable long term with a bit less DOMS and less need to sleep that many hours? Thanks a lot
