Recently had alot happen and ended up having a SM and DM change, with the old SM/DM we had a really good plan going and they were really focused on my development and now that I have my new SM/DM they just dont talk about it or seem interested in my development. One reason that makes me think this is there was a SMT position put on indeed but never offered to me or anything and im kinda bummed because it seems thats how most of my SMs have gotten there position from ASM, so Ig my question is am I going to have to now start over and apply for one and pave my own way and be pushy or do I wait for them to bring up a plan? Im ready for change and im just worried im gonna be stuck in this constant limbo of almost and then nothing or just never getting the opportunity, any advice is appreciated

How are we doing this? I hate every second of it. Never have I felt this way and ive been with this company over 5 years as an ASM. Im working a shift today with JUST a new hire pt cashier, had to BEG to get another on sooner than 5, schools just issued foodstamps to families so we are slammed beyond belief, I am shopping curb non stop in between and my obligated counts are due for the entire freeze and thaw, bread, snack cakes and tortillas. And the cherry on top? Corporate is worried abt fucking OE. Riddle me that. how the fuck are we supposed to be efficiently checking, shopping and walking/ filling zones when its literally just me??? Oh and make sure we are cutting hours!! So at what point are they just gonna have 1 person in the stores so they can save a few bucks on hours? If they continue this, they wont have any staff that will stay and endure this bs. I just cant believe how fast everything has fell to shit since the switch to AHEAD.

Anyone have any clue what the default pin would be to set up a drawer for a new person? I have her set up i just have no clue what the existing pin was to change it to one she can use thanks!!
