I really need some advice. (DID ALL THIS AS A PRIVATE CANDITATE)

Last year I got C in Pak Studies, C in Islamiat and C in Urdu. I was scared of disappointing my parents so I edited my result on screen and showed them A's.

I did the same thing this year. My actual result is D in Physics, B in English, D in CS, E in Maths and Ungraded in Chemistry.

My parents still think I got straight A's. I also told my A-Level college the fake grades when I went for admission. Now they'll eventually ask for my actual Statement of Results and I'm scared they'll contact my parents.

I only have 7 passes because of Chemistry, and I don't have my own money to secretly deal with retakes. I already told a teacher I trust and he told me I need to tell my parents, but honestly I just can't bring myself to do it.

I know I messed up badly. I just don't know what to do now. If anyone has been in a similar situation or knows how colleges/IBCC handle this, please tell me what my options are. I seriously need some help.

18M addicted to porn for 3 years. I genuinely need help.

I'm 18 and have been addicted to porn since I was 15.

My addiction has reached the point where I spend most of my day watching porn and compulsively switching between many tabs. I've tried porn blockers, NoFap, deleting social media, and meditation. My longest streak has only been 10 days.

It's affected my attention span, memory, motivation, studies, sleep, anxiety, and social life. I haven't been physically active or social for years, and I've also drifted away from my faith because of this addiction.

I'm scared that if I don't stop now, I'll waste years of my life and damage my future and my relationships.

If anyone here recovered from a severe addiction like this, what actually helped you? I'm looking for practical advice from people who've been in a similar situation.
