Oura refuses to let me exchange size

so I got an Oura ring for my mom after loving mine, when the package delivered THERE WAS NO RING. Oura offered to send me a replacement and I agreed. The replacement arrived and it’s just too loose so I wanted to exchange it for one size smaller. I contacted oura the day after to ask for an exchange and they said they would send me a label so I could return it. 3 days goes by I never got the label so I reach out again, they then told me that I can’t exchange the ring because when the replaced the first one that meant there was no warranty or replacements allowed??? Huh? Please help I don’t know what to do and I bought it with my Amex platinum. They now refuse to help me and close out my chats after I asked to speak to a supervisor. This ring was 349 without taxes or shipping so pretty hefty. I've spoke with them at least eight times at this point and this is what the specialist responded with ( keep In mind) I've asked to speak to a supervisor multiple times.
And never once did they tell me I can't exchange the size when they asked me if I wanted the original order replaced) so there was no transparency about that. Please help idk what to do
