Hello, any thoughts regarding the video sharing account of Cognizant? Their JO says that the account is project based and that its only for 3 months. If maganda ang performance, there’s a “chance” that we’ll get an offer to be a regular employee.

Question is, if considering I’m able to pass all of the metrics na need nila, malaki ba ang “chance” na maging regular employee or mas malaki parin ang chance na maging floating agent?
