Looking for a 3D PC game on CD, around 2006-2010. Before each level you build a car: pick a chassis from several (mostly white, ~muscular-looking) and mount machine guns and rockets. Then you drive it yourself through an enclosed, futuristic corridor with an overhead camera. Robots are stationary, and some hide behind walls. Doors only open once all the robots in the room are destroyed. After finishing a level you get cash/points to upgrade the chassis and weapons, then the next level loads.

I have a barren plot in Aakashwani Road, Civil Lines. It's been there for a year now, and I don't intend to sell it or use it anytime soon.
Is there any business that I can lend it to?
Or any broker that I can talk to so that the plot is utilised at least?
