I bought Forza horizon 6 and says payment failed, however the money left my account and the order went through and I could play for 2 days before losing access

I called Microsoft and an ai generated support person picked up and hung up on me, and have not been told if I’ll get my money back…

Today I received an email saying Microsoft is canceling an order for a game (I have been playing Forza for 2 days)

Am I getting money back? Or are they going to reinstate or what? Anyone had this?
