I bought 20$ PS gift card and I received some random number that looks like the serial number of something, I contacted the support and raised a ticket on 3th of October.
I’m still waiting for their response as they closed the ticket after they changed the status of the ticket to ( Escalated to Seller), what is the point of the ticket if they closed it without solving my problem??
It’s 20$ not that much but it’s not the first time fot me
Really bad experience ftom them.
They abandoned their customers really fast
