A few days back, the news of a 30 year old woman being gang r@ped in a moving bus went viral which created widespread outrage and people started linking it to the horrible NIRBHAYA case of Delhi.

However, new investigation reports indicates the 30 year old woman’s claim of being gang-raped on a private bus in Delhi on 11 May, was fabricated, with Delhi police arresting the accused driver and conductor before finding inconsistencies.

Investigations suggested a monetary dispute between the parties, leading to accusations of a fake case.

Following an investigation, it was reported that the case was manufactured due to a "monetary dispute" or a disagreement involving payment to the driver/conductor, as per reports.

WHY NO OUTRAGE AGAINST FALSE CASES NOW?

I always think about the damage of the Innocent Life of a Man in india,

- Any girl/women can file a Rape/POCSO case against any man in india as Medical Test of the victim is NOT MANDATORY so, she can refuse to undergo it but still a man will be arrested, & has to stay behind bars for months to years and also he has to hire good private lawyer (which will be costly) if he get bail then still he can't leave his city with Permission whereas Girl can roam freely anywhere in india

This hurts me a lot, it actually destroyed innocent man life & man are not even raising their voice against this inhuman acts

Most of the Criminal Laws are Women-centric & now they are misusing it I am scared about the future what if a woman files a false Rape case against me or my family members, her 1 FIR will destroy whole family's life, reputation, career, and create financial problems as for Good Private Lawyer

This is serious because According to NCRB data (23,24)

Around 10% of the cases are comes out to be False and 60-70% are still pending in courts only 20-30% cases are Genuine
