"Lally column" removal
First time homeowner (and doesn't know s***about f***,) here. Trying to open up space in the detached garage. As far as I can tell the divider wall is purely cosmetic, however the screw jack in the center of the garage is not. I'm trying to gain some insight on if a professional lally column removal by a company like lallygone would be worth it or even possible. Or if I should start considering tearing the building down and starting from scratch due to age and cracked concrete. TIA *Additional photo in comments
