Evidence on best interventions for thin lining?

We are prepping for our first FET, and my lining didn’t get over 4.2mm on a modified natural letrozole cycle (with estrogen added cycle day 11), so we cancelled. I tend to ovulate early (surge was cycle day 12), so we felt like it was too late to deploy any other interventions.

For the next attempt, we plan to do intrauterine PRP earlier (cycle day 9) and supplement with estrogen as well.

Last year we had a spontaneous MMC (found to be euploid) and 2 chemical pregnancies in the past. I also have DOR (35 y/o, AMH 0.6, AFC 3-7) so looking to optimize for our transfer with only a few euploid embryos. During stims, the best lining I had was 5.6mm, trilaminar.

I was started on pentoxifylline, high dose vitamin E, and baby aspirin after a lap for endometriosis (stage 1) a month ago.

Are there any other key interventions or protocols we should be thinking about? Or key thresholds for thin lining? Our doctor is willing to transfer below 5mm since my ceiling is so low.
