Can you take penicillin 1,5 months past it’s expiry date?

Group B Strep during birth without antibiotics

Any experiences on group B Strep during birth without antibiotics? Did baby turn out fine? I didnt got them because baby came so fast i didnt even make it to the hospital. But now worried because he’s been sick two times with vomiting and has a bad reflux and worried its because of that. He just turned 5 months. He was okay first, just was born with a stuffy nose and breathed rapidly the first days. Could it be that he got it and how bad is it then?
Also i had strep throat during pregnancy but didnt take antibiotics because most doctors didn’t know if it’s okay to take them during pregnancy. Really worried my baby got this bacteria from me.

Big vein in babys head

Help! Is this big light blue vein normal in babys head? Noticed it after recent illness, wasn’t there before. It was bulging out before and now it has pulled back and you feel there’s a lower spot there (sorry can’t explain it better). Can anyone please tell me is it normal or what does it mean?
Baby is also more pale now.
