I've had U.S. credit cards since 2024. In April, I received my ITIN, so I mailed a letter to all three credit bureaus along with copies of my ITIN letter, passport, U.S. driver's license, and proof of address. I explained that I had been issued an ITIN and asked them to update my credit file to reflect it.

Equifax updated my credit file correctly. However, TransUnion and Experian did not. Instead of replacing my passport number with my ITIN, they simply sent me my credit report showing my passport number.

Has anyone experienced this before or knows what I should do next? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
